Hi! So I have been experiencing more acne than ever before in my life the past 4/5 months. I got pregnant at 16 and even before then never had bad acne. During my pregnancy I had the best skin of my life. About a year and a half after that, my skin has just gone down hill. I’ve been in 3 different birth controls during that time period, none of which have been a good match. I want to try combination pills with estrogen and progesterone because I just KNOW this is hormonal acne (I workout, eat mostly healthy, & drink mostly water) BUT because I get migraines with aura, combination birth control puts me at risk for strokes. The doctors won’t allow it. Anyone else experienced anything like this? Accepting any advice!
