Here's the price for some random mattresses. So you could buy both that crib and a mattress new in the store for about the same price. I'd rather do that so there's a return policy just in case.

I don't know what kind of mattress it is, so I don't know what value it would add to the crib. However, this is what you can buy that crib for brand new from a store, and I have a 20% off coupon from kohls that you can get by going to there website and signing up for text alerts or emails. So it would be around $100 plus tax for just the crib after that coupon. And Walmart price matches, so you could get it there as well. All in all, depending on the price of the mattress, it's an ok deal but not a great deal.
