Messed up test???

So I took a cheapie strip test and waited the 3 minutes and it looked negative except this little pink dash almost like a piece of fuz (tried blowing and edge of nail picking it off, didn't move) definitely not a line after starring at this thing for a while I took my thumb and wiped the "fuz" away but when I moved my finger there was a skinny pink line??? Can rubbing/wiping a test give you false positive?

By no means am I taking this as a possitive just curious if this has happened to anyone 🤷
