STRESSED TF OUT

I’ve been taking the combined hormone pill for 8 months now PERFECTLY. never missed one and i’ve never taken one late. My last cycle I just got super a light amount of brown discharge on my placebo pills (barley anything tho) for like 3 days and then in the middle of my current cycle I got break-though bleeding for 2 days which has also never happened? And now I’m on my last placebo pill and I got absolutely no spotting, brown discharge, or bleeding at all. I’m so stressed out and this would basically be my second missed period on birth control right? I don’t know whats happening please help
