Any ladies with fertility issues?

I am only 24, me and my SO have been trying for 2 year (he’s 27).... SO has normal sperm, i have had my bloods taken and they have come back normal. Docs are sending me to hosp for ultra sound etc but I am on 3 month worth of iron tablets first and once I have finished taking those I will be referred (formality)..... I am just wondering if anyone has had any normal bloods back but had something wrong with ultrasound? We have sex on all the right days etc so I don’t know why it’s taking so long!
I have regular periods and I ovulate?

first off i want to say i am sorry, i know how frustrating it is! 😔 when I say this please don’t be offended it’s just a general question!! i have irregular periods, starting drinking fertility-tea and it helped regulate my periods better then they were before. but, i was a little over weight, not much at all by no means but definitely needed to lose a few pounds and eat healthier. idk if you have the same problem? but when i started eating a little healthier, and lost weight my periods were becoming more normal and i got pregnant quickly after! that was just my experience.
I wish you the best. like i said i don’t know if you had the same problem as me but the fertility-tea did help regulate me! Baby dust. ♥️

I had my blood drawn for FSH and TSH, it came back normal but vaginal ultrasound revealed I have Pcos. That is after taking two rounds of clomid. I didn't have PCOS before taking the 100mg clomid pill. I have been trying for 1 yr and 8 months already for baby no. 1. I am on a healthy BMI, have regular 5 weeks cycle, ovulate on my own but a bit late tho.
