Third pregnancy in a year not looking good

Here I am with my third pregnancy in a year after losing one in August and another on Boxing Day, just home from an early scan due to spotting and they’ve said baby’s measuring at 6 weeks not 7w3days and that the sac is small. Back in 2 weeks for another scan but in all honesty they didn’t sound very hopeful themselves.

WHAT HAVE I GOT TO DO TO CATCH A BREAK??!

I just don’t get it.

How can you stay optimistic after that?!

I can feel myself starting to become bitter to those I know with babies/ pregnant 😭😭
