How many hours between the last nap and bed time does your little one go?

I shoot for three hours, but sometimes he fights the last cat nap and it turns into 4-5 hours, which is a bit much for him 😟😓

We are still at 3 naps a day ! She sleeps usually between 7:30-830pm to 5:30-745am depending on how long her naps are in the day. First nap is the longest 2hrs then after lunch 1-1 1/2 hours and last nap of the day anytime around 4 pm 45 min .

Sometimes she’ll take a nap an hour before bedtime but she’ll still sleep all night. I find if I keep her up to get her to “sleep more” it doesn’t work and she’s up even longer cause she’s overtired.
