Has anyone else felt like this or am I the only one this happened to

Doctors in the emergency room told me that I had a miscarriage on September 9th at 20 weeks but that there was no baby, and when I was bleeding I saw blood that looked like blood clots, but no baby. I saw an OBGYN yesterday September 23rd he did a pregnancy test and it came out a faded positive but we saw no baby in the ultrasound, but I still keep feeling like if there is a baby hiding somewhere.
