So. This sucks so much to write. This last April I miscarried my first at 5 weeks and fell pregnant immediately after. Well, Monday I would be 8 weeks but since we had a miscarriage two months ago, my OB has had my HCG levels tested with this one just to make sure everything was on track. Everything started great. My levels went from 80 to 337 to 2,944 but then I had to wait a week after that draw to have another due to being out of town for work and the next week I went in to draw and it had only went up to 3,452. It look an entire week and only went up a little over 500. The OB called and said they they didn’t go up nearly where they wanted them to but that it was still good that they were going up. At that draw, I should have been 7 weeks but with that HCG level it was reading more like 6 weeks. My OB wants me to come back next week to test again and I was told that if I start bleeding between now and then to call them. So far no pain or bleeding. Last time I miscarried naturally. I don’t want to have surgery and I don’t want to lose this baby. I am just waiting for the worst right now.
