Hey, I am 5 days postpartum and every time i get up my heart starts beating harder and i cant stand for long. is this normal? Has anyone experienced this?

Have you been checked for anemia?

No it doesn’t sound normal, get up slowly and make sure you have a place to sit down quickly if you need too, sounds like you might be having a change in blood pressure when you change from sitting or lying to standing, call your doctor and drink lots of fluid until you can be seen.
