Diva Cup

Okay so if you take your cup and press on it lightly it makes an oval instead of a circle. When you put the cup in is it supposed to open to a full circle or oval shaped?, Cause I have both sizes and they both open like an oval when I put it in (idk about all the time but usually) and I think it's open all the way but it feels really pushed together like is that from it fitting my body or is it supposed to open all the way
