Cluster feeding or nursing for comfort

My LO is 11 days old and has been eating for 20 mins every 2-3hrs since my milk came in. Last night he started getting more fussy and it had only been 1hr since he ate but I’m feeding on demand so I offered more to him, he nursed for about 5 mins and fell asleep and wouldn’t wake up for more. Then there’s been a few times today where he will nurse for 5-10 1-1 1/2hrs after eating. Does it sound like he is cluster feeding or nursing for comfort? If it is for comfort is it ok? He doesn’t really like or take a pacifier.
