Nipple correctors

Anyone used nipple correctors for inverted/soft nipples? I’m EBF with a nipple shield. I would like to let the nipple shield go but my little one can’t fully latch onto me yet. One of my nipples doesn’t come out enough yet and when they do draw out, they’re on the soft side. I’m wondering if anyone used silicone nipple correctors, how did they work? Did you like them? Any other suggestions for drawing out my nipples and helping baby to latch without the shields?
