Getting worried need some reassurance please

Is 4 days of really heavy period normal, this is my second period after implant removal, had no periods for over 5 years. I know my periods where never this heavy before.... tmi here but when I pee there’s blood and when I go poo theres blood too. I have no pain at all which is normal I never had any pms never had cramps or anything. But I think I might have endo in the bowels. My periods last 5 days but Is definitely usually lighten down by now. Love to here you feedback
