7 dpo

So I’m 7 dpo and my boobs have been so sore the last couple of days and they feel heavy. I’ve also been having to pee quite a bit, I’ve never had to get up in the middle of the night to pee but I have been having to lately. Could I be pregnant? I’ve already been thinking that maybe I am since mays “period” was abnormal for me and was very light with no cramping. I haven’t peed yet this morning so I’m curious as to if I should take a test? I’ve gotten faint positives on other tests btw.
