Pregnant AGAIN‼️

NO BASHING PLEASE ‼️ so I’m 3 months pp and I just found out that I am pregnant AGAIN 😩. AF was supposed to come today but I had no signs of her. I took a pregnancy test and indeed I am. I’m very nervous and scared. My first pregnancy was preterm due to severe preeclampsia that I was never told I had. I also delivered via c-section. 5 weeks later I had a cholecystectomy and NOW, I’m pregnant. I know that it is too much of a health risk. My SO kept implying that it was never intentional. I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. Has anybody been in the same boat before or at least similar? Or Does anyone have any advice? Anything is helpful.
