Navel Piercing fell out and won’t go back in.. help!!

Last night my belly ring fell out and I decided to wait until morning to put it back in and now it won’t go through I’ve tried soaking it in salt water and using Vaseline. I’ve had it some October with no problems!

Any ideas how I can get it through painlessly as possible?

UPDATE: I pushed it through and almost fainted lmao
