Positive after MC

Last Tuesday, May 21st, I got my final blood work done from my MC. I got a call the next day saying my levels were down between 0-5. Last night I got 2 positive pregnancy tests and 2 more positive tests today. Could the positives be left over HCG or could I actually be pregnant again?

I got two positives exactly like the first picture, they were taken roughly 8 hours apart.

I took these two a couple hours ago at the same time with the same urine.
