Can guys be close best friends?

Well I know I’m about to be called “crazy” and I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me but my husband is away right now at lineman school and he has a friend who lives up the highway from him who’s in the army. Well long story short they hang out all the time, like as I’m typing this story he’s at the movies with him but my husband didn’t even tell me, he just said he was getting food. Well I’ve met the guy once but didn’t really talk to him but for some strange reason I’m jealous?? Even crazier I had a dream that my husband and his friend were gay together! I woke up freaking out and of course I didn’t tell him but I just feel weird about it. I know hes my husbands only friend out there but they have went to San Francisco together, he even went to my husbands dorm room to watch GOT and I’m just like wth?! Idk please tell me I’m overreacting. 😟😖 idk if I’m not used to my husband doing those things cause he was always with me? Idk.
