Guys!!!!!! Is it true?

I'm getting a little discouraged. I heard a uti can cause false positive tests? Mine have been progressively getting darker but I've had a small uti for a week. (Frequent urination and a just a tiny bit uncomfortable. Haven't taken any medication yet just in case I may be pregnant I don't want to hurt anything). I am now 13dpo. I started testing at 10dpo and got a vvvvvfl. Do you guys see my progression? Could a uti cause this or am I actually pregnant?
