How old does my daughter look?

I have had people ask me how old my baby is and when I tell them they are shocked or tell me that's she's huge. She will be 2 in November. I was out to a restaurant with her and she was eating off my plate with an adult fork and an older woman asked how old she was and it seemed like she didn't believe me when I said she was around 18 months.

She wasn't a massive baby, 8 lbs 12 oz and 20 in. It's only recently started to bother me when I say oh she's 18 months and people go OH MY GOD SHE'S HUGE
