UTI, yeast infection, and repeat. I'm going crazy!!

I am at my wit's end. My vag and I have really not been getting along lately. I had a UTI, got antibiotics. UTI went away for about a month, then came back. Got back on antibiotics, UTI went away again, but then I got a yeast infection. Took Monistat for the yeast infection, now that is gone and I have a UTI again. So now presumably I will have to get back on antibiotics which will probably cause another yeast infection. I AM GOING INSANE HELP ME. I haven't felt "normal" down there in like, at least 2 months. Sometimes I wish I just had a penis instead, they're so low maintenance compared to all the shit we have to deal with.
