Cramps!!!

I’m 8 weeks 3 days and for the past few weeks I get these small cramps feelings but today is more severe and have been going all day! My doctors appointment is tomorrow but I’m so worried! No blood or anything everything’s normal but these cramps make me want to just lay down😭
