Ive ovulated almost every month on clomid hubbys sperm is great he was checked

I’ve been pregnant twice before what are possible reasons why I’m not concieveing when I’m ovulating and hubbys sperm is good? I’ve been on clomid for 9 months now! Next step is iui with clomid.
