I need some help please..

So I was on the depo shot for 1 year and about 5 months. I was having a lot of uncomfortable feelings about how much bad stuff I was hearing about it. I was also having bad cramps with no period. My last shot was June 1st of 2018. So my next shot was due the end of August of 2018. It took months for my period to come with the help progesterone or however you spell it or maybe it was just my body because even after that it took 2 more months to come so 4 months. Not too bad.

I have been having a period every month. In the last 3 months I have had a period of 5 days. So they are evening out. But starting today, I told an ovalution test at 2pm and this come..

Does this mean I am producing the hormones I need to become pregnant. I know it's negative for ovalution. But does it mean I'm getting there.
