Little air bubbles followed by wet spots?

This just started for me tonight. I was laying in bed and what felt like little air bubbles came out down there. (Similar to a queef I suppose but a little different). I noticed afterwards that I had wet spot in my underwear, not much about the size of quarter give or take.

Anyway, its happened a few more times and again more wet spots, some bigger some smaller. I had emptied my bladder before this happened. And it keeps happening. Feel little "bubbles" and then get wet spot in underwear. It happens when laying down and standing up.

Is this just little bits of watery discharge or maybe little urine leaks? Anyone esle experiencing the bubbles and wetness? 😅🙈

I dont really think its my waters as its not alot and it dries super quick. Just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this.
