Help!

Hi everyone!

So here the problem, my cycle was due at the beginning of the month but I started spotting a week before AF was due and it lasted 4 days it was so light I didn't even need a panty liner then I had 2 weeks of no spotting or bleeding and then mid month I started spotting again but this time it was a super dark brown that would be pink or bright red on and off for 2 days again super light no need for a liner then for 2 days I had a medium to light flow (needed a pad) but no clots which is unusual for me I normally have a heavy cycle that last 4-5 days heavy and lots of clots but those 2 days no clots and wasn't heavy and after the 2 days I went back to spotting and have been spotting on and off ever since it's now been 8 days of spotting on and off and random waves of dull cramps as well as nausea, I was just wondering if anyone had ever had this happen and what your results were? And yes I do have a Dr's appointment coming up to check but any advice until then Is very much appreciated!
