Stressing

I’m 38 and have pcos. I’m in a same sex relationship so have got a friend of ours to help us conceive. Haven’t been monitory my ovulation but decided to just give it ago based on when the app said I was ovulating. We tried on the 20th of may and on that Friday I was cramping and thought maybe I ovulated later than the app said so asked our friend for another donation. After that I was spotting light pink blood. Since then I have been cramping and spotting and my breasts are tender. I tested on the 1st as my period was due the 1st/2nd and it was negative. My period hasn’t arrived yet just still spotting. All this spotting is driving me crazy. I don’t know if I’m pregnant or there’s something deeper. Help
