Pain & Swelling after sex

a few weeks and I my boyfriend and I were having sex when I suddenly got the worst cramping feeling. suddenly I couldn't even stand. it literally felt like my vagina was falling out if my body. it was horrible. It was so bad that I was scared to try again until last night.
