Baby startles waking up

I know that the Moro reflex usually wakes up baby as they’re falling asleep. But Anyone’s baby have the startle reflex WHILE waking up in the morning??

She’s usually fussing and crying and moving around and then she opens her eyes and got the biggest startle. And then she did it again but less jumpy.

Does anyone’s baby do that? Like a reverse Moro reflex?

Baby is almost 3 months old
