Do BH hurt?

FTM and 32 weeks. I’ve been feeling what I thought were BH contractions when my baby belly gets really hard and tight and lasts about 15 seconds. I see a lot of women on here say they hurt, but mine don’t hurt they’re just uncomfortable. Is what I’m feeling not actually BH contractions?

Agreed, it just depends. My first pregnancy all I felt was a tightening of my entire bump. This time around everything gets tight and is accompanied by what feels like period cramps low in my pelvis. It can get pretty darn uncomfortable.

I’ve come to realize, everything is different for each person. My BH start in my back and make it hard to breathe, but my best friend who is also pregnant says they don’t even bother her that much

I wouldn't say they hurt as such but they do get a little harsher they longer they go on i had some lasting up to 20 seconds which got really uncomfortable  they lasted for around couple of hrs it was awful

Sounds like BH to me! Thats how mine started out.
