Can someone please tell me if this regular pregnancy discharge or possible yeast or uti?

No foul odor, but almost every time I wipe its on the tp. No itching or burning. But I do sometimes feel like I constantly need to pee, and its just a little at a time. But the urge is so strong and feeling in the front of my vagina if that makes sense. I'm suspecting UTI since I'm having the urgency to pee. And my underwear has streaks of yellowish and white discharge in them.

What do you all think?

(Also sometimes i feel something leaking out and go to wipe and there is a shiny/glistening appearance, no color, been happening since yesterday)

Yellowish discharge in underwear? Infection or normal? (Sorry know its TMI and gross)
