Harmony Test—Inconclusive sex?

I had the Harmony test done two weeks ago. It was told to us multiple times that it would be able to tell the fetal sex, and the website for the test indicates this as well. The results took the full two weeks to come back, during which we believed we’d find out the sex of our baby by today. We were happy to find out that our baby isn’t at risk of any genetic or chromosomal abnormalities, but the test came back inconclusive on the fetal sex. Did anyone else have this outcome with the Harmony test? We were a bit disappointed to not find out today, to be honest, and especially after finding out that it cannot be repeated. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad that we know everything is progressing well with our healthy babe, but if we had been told there was a chance that the test would be inconclusive on the sex of the baby, we may have thought more about it before paying extra for the test.
