Normal at 31 weeks?

Question

Ok, so I’m 31 weeks and baby moves A LOT, which is great, right? Well a few minutes ago I was standing in the kitchen talking to my husband and the baby is kicking away and all of a sudden I swear I felt movement in my Lady parts. It literally felt like fingers up in me. It was kinda painful and I grabbed myself and then it passed. Well it keeps happening now and it’s tweaking me out. I tried to go to the bathroom but nothing happened. It’s just pain down there. I wouldn’t call it a contraction though. She did drop a couple days ago and I’ve been having increased back pain and pelvic pressure but nothing to indicate labor. 
Can anyone give me reassurance that this is normal third trimester feelings?

Yea girl! I’m only 28+5 and I have been getting that for awhile, it could be baby moving around but one of the doctors at the hospital told me hiccups can feel that way?? But whatever it is, I was told it’s normal.. I swear it feels like my sons foot is kicking all the way down 😂 it’s the strangest thing

It’s normal! It felt like my son was dancing on my cervix for the last like 10 weeks of my pregnancy!

It's most likely because she dropped and you have a LO that likea to kick your cervix, mine did. Bring it up to your doctor though next time you see them.

It’s normal. I’ve been feeling it too at 31 weeks haha. It’s very strange. Happened with my first baby also.

I’m 34 weeks and just started experiencing this this past week. I think they refer to it as lightening. I brought it up to my doctor and he asked me about how many hours I work, 8, and then said that resting whenever I get home would be a good idea to maybe try and prevent her from going so low!

its normal, when i was in my 3rd trimester with my now 4month old, he was posterior & so low i could feel his head in my butt 😭

Totally normal. Just baby kicking or punching your cervix.

It is very very normal. My boy moves and I swear it feels like he's gonna fall out (I'm 39 weeks). It gets painful to the point where I can't breathe and have to hold myself and wait for it to pass cause I can't walk through his little stabbing pains.
