Are these pregnancy symptoms look on bottom of page

Sore nipples and boobs, bloating, left side lower stomach pain don't hurt just uncomfortable feels kinda like pulling and pelvic pulling/ pressure,moody as hell, and a weird feeling hard to explain in my lower stomach kind like butterfly's or something.
