39 weeks and no dilation
What can I do to help dilate? My next appt is on my due date (June 10) and today my doctor said I’m not dilated at all... he said to walk but what more can i do? He said if I’m not dilated by my due date, they going to have to induce me. First time mom, first pregnancy so I don’t know.
