So in April 2016 and November 2016, I had my nipples pierced.

They've never caused me any bother and I read that you could take them out, feed baba, then clean and place them back in.

However my 'milk' is starting to come in, but only when I squeeze my boobs around. The milk only comes from 2-3 tiny holes in each nipple and I'm concerned it should be more but due to my piercings, its only coming from 2-3.

Any mummy's with titty piercings with any advice??
