Miscarriage without bleeding?

So I'm miscarrying confirmed by urine and blood tests however I've still not passed anything and no bleeding. My doctor has been pretty useless. I thought I'd of bled before my hormone levels became negative. Has anyone had the same?

How far along do you think you were? I had a chemical (4 weeks) 2 months ago and it took a few days to start bleeding. Got pregnant right away after and went for my 9 week prenatal last week and there was no heartbeat or sign of miscarriage. I was given misoprostol to help start the process. If you don’t start bleeding soon call your doctor or a different one. You can either have the meds or a d&c. Many chose the d&c because it’s a sure go. The meds sometimes don’t get rid of everything and it’s very painful (physically and emotionally). I find out tomorrow if mine worked. Unfortunately I’m still cramping and bleeding so I have no clue what to expect. But your doctor needs to take it seriously because whether it’s an ectopic or refuel miscarriage infections can still take place if it’s not passed. Let me know if you have any other questions! I was told I was miscarrying, a week and half later I had a little bit of bleeding for two days they told me to take a test after 3 weeks to make sure everything was ok. I was bleeding on and off throughout this time turned out it was an ectopic pregnancy x
