Cerclage support needed

I’m 20 weeks pregnant with a cerclage. Yesterday i was told my cervix is open above the stitch but closed below. I’m in a holding pattern for 3 weeks until they consider the pregnancy viable. Anyone have a similar situation and a positive outcome?
