Diabetic and pregnant

So am so afraid my diabetes has been out of control I have been struggling for some time now sugar before would be 400+ day and night now sugars are always below 300 and 200 at times I do shots of Insulin but my sugar don’t move lower then 200!!! I cut out all sugars and drink water and zero sugar drinks am 6 weeks and scared to have a miscarriage due to my number and I contact doctor but she said she won’t and can’t do much since am pregnant all she did was tell me to stop the pills any suggestions? And my first prenatal visit won’t be till my 9 weeks:/
