HELPPP

Ok this is my 2nd pregnancy and my first one I never lost my mucus plug cos they induced me and I lost it when I was induced. Well the baby has dropped for 3 days now and I can’t lay down what so ever otherwise I get really painful Braxton Hicks and she hasent moved up what so ever in this 3 day span. Then today after going to the bathroom and I wiped I found this! I know it’s tmi but it was bigger then a quarter. Could it be my mucus plug? Then after freaking out I washed my hands and checked my cervix and it’s super low and soft but I didn’t feel comfortable trying to check dilation but what do you guys think? I’m gonna be 32 weeks tomorrow? Could this be preterm? Should I call my midwife?
