What is this?

Can anyone tell what this is? It’s only on my left thigh/buttcheek. It started off with just the big ones ( 3 main large ones) so I thought it was ringworm so I applied ringworm cream and then today the small ones appeared, it’s no where else on my body, I don’t sleep only on my left side so if it was beg bugs it would be on both sides? I don’t have money for a doctor yet but I was hoping someone on here could tell what it is. It itches sometimes only if I think about it, it popped up after I was power washing outside at my job and there were several bugs around but that was 2 weeks ago. I don’t have fever or anything like that
