Getting my body back, but need a little help
Hey, babes. I’m on a journey to get my body back! I hate telling my weight, but I want to be as open as I can with you guys. I’m currently at 220 lbs. The lowest I’ve been is 150 lbs. I want to get down to at least 160-170 lbs.
I’ve been through a weight loss journey before. I was at 170 and dropped to 150. I was very healthy after this. I maintained my weight, I ate all the junk I wanted, I worked it all off every night. I got into a four wheeler accident and was injured for a good 3-4 months. I haven’t been able to get the motivation to diet and workout like I did with my first weight loss journey.
I’ve decided to take baby steps. This week, I’m challenging myself to drink only water. No sodas, no sugar filled juices. However, I do rely on sodas for the caffeine. I go to class everyday at 8am, so I need some type of energy.
So just some questions I have:
1. Does anyone have any ways to healthily take in some caffeine, just to get through my days?
2. How many calories should I limit myself too per day?
3. My fat mainly goes towards my thighs and arms, will regular workouts eventually burn the fat in those places?
4. Not really a question, but drop some of the workouts you do daily, so I have a variety! I work out at home right now, I want to lose the fat at home and then enroll in a gym to tone up.
Thanks in advance!!
