My whys!!! 153lbs say what?!??
I’ve been asked about my why... why did I make health a priority, why now, why, why, why... Why #1: I was tired of feeling like I was suffocating from fat daily.
Why #2: I couldn’t even dress up and look nice and actually feel nice.
Why #3: I wanted my kids to have a mom that could actually keep up with them and do things with them.
Why #4: I wanted to be there for my kids for a long long time.
Why #5: I never wanted my kids to be embarrassed to say I was their mom.
Why #6: I wanted to be a healthy role model for my kids.
Why #183734 (etc.) I WAS READY TO BE HAPPY and healthy!
Next question, how...
How does one do this? Well it takes an amazing about of work, you have to want it more than you want food. I have a food addiction. I have an eating disorder and there are still days I let that win. But I win most days now, not the disorder and addiction. If you want something bad enough you WILL make it happen and you WONT make excuses.
