Sleeping
Over the last few months I’ve been struggling with sleeping. I lay there trying to fall asleep and worry about the stupidest little things like, making sure my alarm is on but it never gets turned off, or wondering if I did something wrong at my job weeks ago. It’s really effecting my motivation. Any tips on how to i guess fall asleep easier? Or any sort of oils or drops. I’m only 16 so my doctor is weary about sleeping pills.
