Anyone else afraid to work out/exercise too much and messing up your milk supply? I’ve heard too much exercise can decrease your milk.. I wanna lose baby weight, but I also don’t wanna compromise my supply...I know breastfeeding CAN help you lose weight, but I have a feeling I’m one of those who hold on to weight when breastfeeding 😒 I feel like I lost more weight at this point with my first...(3 months pp tomorrow)
