Can you tell the difference between a formula fed baby vs a breast fed baby??

I ask because I formula feed my daughter. She’s almost 3 months and people tell me that breastfed babies 
- get less sick 
- smarter 
- grow up to be not fat 
- healthier 
Is this true? I feel bad for not breastfeeding now 🥺

No you cant tell the difference between formula and a breastfed baby. However that doesn’t mean breastmilk doesn’t come with its benefits. 
Factually speaking, in most cases it’s the healthier option. Please, don’t take this as an attack on formula feeding moms. I formula fed my first and she’s healthy and thriving and a brilliant little girl. But breastmilk comes loaded with antibodies. It will literally change how much antibodies it has if baby is sick to help fight off illness faster and quicker. If baby is going through a growth spurt, it’ll come out with the fattier milk. Breastmilk is great but so is formula. 
Formula is a perfectly well alternative to breastmilk. Do not feel bad for choosing it. You chose what you thought was best for you and your baby. A happy mommy with a happy baby is best.

Nope. I was always formula fed. I graduated high school in the top 10%, I’m in the honors college at my university, and I have chronic physical illnesses. My brother was also formula fed and he’s gotten his commercial pilot license as well as his license to teach others how to fly, also no chronic physical illnesses. 
It’s all about nurture and how the child is raised. Encouraging them in their studies and allowing them to pursue what their interest is in will help them reach their intellectual potential. Ensuring they get in enough physical activity and that you’re feeding them healthy moods so that healthy eating becomes a lifestyle will help them be healthy physically. Listening to your child’s thoughts and feelings and responding lovingly will help them be healthy mentally. 
It’s all in the way you raise them and the choices they make after. None of it has to do with breastfed vs. formula fed. So don’t feel bad about your decision! There are pros and cons to both but they’re both a completely safe and healthy way to feed your child.

That's a load of bull and is exactly what people say when they want to shame a mother for not breastfeeding because they feel breastfeeding is somehow superior.  If you want to formula feed your child, you do you.

People will try to tell you there is a difference but there isn’t. If formula was not safe and good for baby, it would not be legal. 
In saying that, breastfeeding is better for a babies immune system because of the antibodies it contains. It’s also linked to better digestive systems into childhood because it is easier digested than formula milk.  There are a number of purely physiological differences but breastfeeding does not make babies bulletproof either. 
Never feel bad for not choosing to not breastfeed! Formula is a fantastic option too, it is available for a reason!

Nope! The only thing i believe in is the colostrum that helps for their immunity but wether BF or formula fed baby with my 3 kids the longest i BF is my LO at 3 months that’s because he was 6 weeks early and when i switch we had a problem finding the right formula and he became constipated but he’s healthy 9 months old considering he was a premmie baby 🤷🏻‍♀️
