Love baby but sad to not be pregnant?!

Question

My beautiful girl will be 4 weeks tomorrow and I am over the moon in love with her. 
But.. I can’t help but feel sad that I’m no longer pregnant. I miss my baby bump and feeling her inside me. 
It’s confusing- I love getting to kiss her but miss feeling her move in my belly. 
Anyone else? I feel totally off my rocker lol. Maybe this is why “Irish twins” exist?? Haha

I experienced that with my first and again with this baby. All of what you said, plus it was easier being pregnant (for me anyway) than it is with a newborn where I’m not sleeping and I’m worrying about feeding and pooping and his umbilical stump, etc. But at the same time I love, love, love all the baby snuggles.

I loved being pregnant .. had a super easy pregnancy thank god.. but I’m so happy not to be pregs anymore. It got so uncomfortable at the end I was over it

ME TOO!! I can totally relate with this! I actually feel sad and my baby is only 2 weeks old!! I miss it so much, I think I didn’t appreciate being pregnant enough, and didn’t enjoy it as I was always worrying during my pregnancy! Next time I am definitely going to chill..

I hated being pregnant, but I definitely miss feeling my baby move and my baby bump. I find the more time I spend with my baby the more broody I'm getting! If we could afford it I think I'd definitely be tempted to start trying for another baby soon 😂😂😂

I miss having my husband rub and kiss my belly. Now he is scared of it because I yell at him 😂 I’m sure I’ll be over this once the loose skin goes away...

The first couple days especially. I was in a semi-private suite so hubs couldn’t stay overnight, and I got pretty lonely! I was always talking to my bump before. And anytime I had a twitch or gurgle in there after I had to remind myself that it was only me and it made me sad. 
Now that we’re all home together I haven’t noticed as much, because now I get to stare into that adorable face!

I miss it. Especially because I think this will be my last baby 😔 So I definitely tried to enjoy it more.
