Is mine ever gonna sleep more than 2 hours ?

I feel like sleep regression isn't even possible because he only sleeps 2-3 hours TOPS at a time. I feel like everyone was talking about thier LOs sleeping 4+ hours ata a time since like 2 months , mines 9 days away from 4 months and hasn't slept more than 2-3 hours since he was 2 weeks old. But he goes to sleep very easy , usually within 10 minutes after being laid down with little to no fussing and if he does it's typically because he dropped his binky(if he went to bed with it)

When is he gonna start sleeping longer ??? He also still only eats 2-4oz about every 2 hours. I was definitely under the impression at this point he would be eating more less often not literally the same as he has since 4wks.
