Possibly miscarrying?

I know this is a sore subject, but what are the signs of miscarrying at 8weeks? This morning while wiping from peeing i noticed some brown discharge, and when i went to the bathroom around 11 there was some light pink spotting on the toilet paper, and when i went again around 1 it seems like the spotting is getting more red in color, and since 1:30 i have been feeling very lightly crampy, not really painful but definitely can feel im cramping..this is my 5th pregnancy and i havent had sex in the last 2-3weeks.. Im 8weeks 2days along..
